All customers get the same invitation. It's a fixed email from TrustSays with your name, a short text and five stars the customer can tap.
What the email says
- Your name and domain at the top.
- The heading "How was your experience?" with the customer's first name if we have it.
- The text: "Thank you for shopping with" you, and an invitation to tell us about both the good and the not so good.
- Five stars. A click opens the review with the stars selected.
- The message that you can't change or remove the customer's review.
- A link to unsubscribe from invitations from you.
The email is sent in the customer's language if we know it.
The three templates
Under Email templates on the Invitations page you see:
- First invitation: Always sent.
- Reminder after 7 days: Comes with Start and larger plans. Read Reminders.
- Product review: Coming soon.
Change the subject line
- Choose Sender and design under Email templates, or open Settings → Invitations and sender.
- Enter your own text in Subject line. If the field is empty, we use "How was your experience with" and your name.
- Choose Save changes.
The subject line applies to the first invitation. The reminder has its own fixed subject.
Colour and default text
Under Invitations and sender you can also choose Button colour in the email and write a Default text in the invitation. You can save them already now. They'll be included in the email itself later.
You can't send a different text to the customers you think are happy. All customers must get the same invitation.
