Today TrustSays has ready-made connections to Shopify and WooCommerce. Under the Automatic tab you'll also see a number of systems marked Coming soon.
Coming soon
- Webshop: Dandomain and Magento
- Till: Zettle and Lightspeed
- CRM: HubSpot
- Marketing: Klaviyo
We can't promise a date yet. If you're missing a particular system, write to us. It helps us choose what comes first.
What you can do in the meantime
- Upload a customer list: Export your customers as CSV or Excel, and upload them under Bulk (CSV). Read Upload a customer list.
- Use link and QR: Good for physical shops and tills. Read Share your review link and QR code.
- Report orders via the API: If you have a developer, your own system can send orders to TrustSays.
Orders via the API
- Open Settings → API and webhooks in the dashboard. This requires the Owner or Admin role.
- Choose Create new to create an API key. The key is only shown once, so store it somewhere safe.
- Your system sends each order to TrustSays with a signature. There's a technical guide.
Orders are reported with the status paid, delivered, cancelled or refunded. When an order is delivered, the customer is invited under the same rules as from a webshop: no more than one invitation in 12 months, unsubscribed customers are skipped, and the quota applies. The invitation is sent 5 days after delivery. Cancelled and refunded orders stop the invitation if it hasn't been sent. Automatic invitations via the API also require Start or a larger plan.
