In some cases TrustSays gives a company a plan without payment. Under Settings, Subscription and billing it then shows e.g. Start · Granted by TrustSays.
What it means
- You have exactly the same features as with a paid plan.
- You don't pay, and there are no invoices for the plan.
- The plan may have an end date. When it's reached, you're back on Free, unless you've bought a plan.
- The profile shows Paying customer while the plan applies.
If you also buy a plan
If you have both a granted and a bought plan, the larger of the two applies. If you buy Growth, for example, while you have Start from TrustSays, you have Growth.
