TrustSays has four plans. All of them give you a free profile, SaysScore and replies to all reviews. The paid plans give you more tools to collect and show reviews.
Free
- Profile and SaysScore.
- Reply to all reviews, and report reviews that break the rules.
- Up to 50 invitations a month, sent manually or from a CSV file.
- One widget: the star bar.
- Up to 3 reply templates.
Free is free forever, and you don't need to provide a payment card.
Start
Everything in Free, plus:
- 500 invitations a month.
- Automatic invitations from webshop and till, e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce or your own system via the API.
- A reminder after 7 days to customers who haven't responded.
- All widgets, and you can remove the TrustSays logo in the widget.
- Unlimited reply templates.
Growth
Everything in Start, plus:
- 5,000 invitations a month.
- Analytics in the dashboard: topics, sentiment and comparison with the category.
Partner
Everything in Growth, plus unlimited invitations. Partner is tailored to you, and you get a dedicated contact person who helps with setup, integrations and multiple domains. Contact sales to find out more.
Coming soon
Some features are shown on the pricing page with Coming soon. They aren't ready yet:
- AI reply suggestions (Growth and Partner).
- Stars in Google (from Start).
- Email reports and export (Growth and Partner).
No plan gives a better SaysScore, more stars, a better position or the option to remove critical reviews.
