The trust report: the figures behind moderation

Every year we show how many reviews we've checked and removed, why, and how many appeals were upheld.

The trust report shows openly how we moderate. The figures are calculated directly from reviews, reports, decisions and appeals. The first report is for 2026.

What the report contains

  • Reviews checked and how many were removed.
  • Average handling time for the cases.
  • Why they were removed: the breakdown by the seven rules, e.g. Personal information or Bought or incentivised.
  • Removed per quarter and By country.
  • Notices on profiles: how many companies have a public warning.
  • Appeals against decisions: how many appeals we've received, and how many were upheld.

Fields we can't count yet are shown with a dash.

How to find it

  1. Open Trust report 2026.
  2. Choose another year at the top when there are several years.
  3. Choose Download the figures as CSV if you want to work with the figures yourself.

Download the report as PDF is coming later.

How we've counted

The figures cover all reviews submitted from 1 January to 31 December. A review counts as removed if it was never shown, or if it was removed after a report.
