Each review has one or more labels. Hover over a label to see a short explanation.

The labels

  • Invited: The reviewer got an invitation from the company via TrustSays after their purchase.
  • Unprompted: The review was written on the reviewer's own initiative without an invitation from the company.
  • Verified purchase: The company has confirmed that the reviewer has bought from them. Read What does Verified purchase mean?
  • Edited: The reviewer has changed their review. The change is logged.

A review is always either Invited or Unprompted. Verified purchase and Edited can come on top.

How does my review become Invited?

If you write the review via the link in an invitation email from the company, it gets the Invited label. The invitation must belong to the company you're reviewing, and it can only be used once. If it has already been used, the review becomes Unprompted. Read Review via an invitation.

Do the labels count differently?

No. Invited and unprompted reviews count the same in the SaysScore. Companies must invite all customers in the same way, not just the happy ones.

Can I change the label?

No. The labels are set automatically based on how the review was written, and can't be chosen or removed.
